The Visio Tower — Helsinki.

• Type: High-rise residential tower (mixed-use with public ground-floor functions).

• Height / Floors: ~98m, 24floors.

• Gross floor area: 12,000 m² gross floor area

• Construction start: site prep 2019 / foundation works 2020–2021.

• Completion / topping out: topping-out 2022; building completed and handed over in 2023 (interior works continued till mid 2024)

Keilaniemen Portti – Keilaniemi Office Hub (Espoo, Helsinki Region)

• Type: Modern office and commercial building complex.
